Attorney Anita Harden is a presenter at the "2012 Elder Law Institute" in Indianapolis on October 11-12, 2012.

Partner Howard Stevenson is a presenter at an Eminent Domain Continuing Legal Education Seminar (CLE) on September 14, 2012.

On June 26, 2012, Attorney Anita Harden was elected vice-chair of the Board for CICOA, an agency that provides In-Home services in Central Indiana to Senior Citizens and person with disabilities. 

We are pleased to annouce that Associate Attorney Kiamesha Colom has been awarded the 2011 Outstanding Young Lawyers Award with the Indiana State Bar Association.

On May 6th, 2011, Partner Howard Stevenson served as the Moderator and Partner Gerald Coleman served as a panelist for a legal workshop on Contracts entitled, "Before you sign on the dotted line..." The workshop was done on behalf of The New Wishard Hospital.

On January 20, 2011, Partner Howard Stevenson attended the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the newly expanded Indiana Convention Center. Howard and the firm served as co-counsel on the $900 Million project to build Lucas Oil Stadium and the expansion of the Convention Center.

This recent Indiana Law Review article is a tribute to the late Justice Richard M. Givan on the Indiana Supreme Court. In 1993, Justice Givan hired Partner Howard Stevenson to become the first African-American lawyer to serve as a judicial law clerk for a regular term on the Indiana Supreme Court.

"Men of Distinction" Award

On June 25, 2009, Partners Gerald Coleman and Howard Stevenson were recipients of the “Men of Distinction” Award from 100 Black Men, Inc. for being leaders in their field and for their work and service to the community.

Distinguished Achievement Award

On March 17, 2008, Partners Howard Stevenson and Gerald Coleman were both recipients of the Distinguished Achievement Award from the Greater Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce and the Center for Leadership Development, Inc. for their work and service to the community.
